As you all can see the weather is now getting hot day by day and summers are coming. We need to keep our bodies well hydrated.
Keeping hydrated is crucial for health and well-being, but many people do not consume enough fluids each day.

Some fun- facts regarding water:
- Around 60 percent of the body is made up of water, and our blood is 90 percent water.
- There is no universally agreed quantity of water that must be consumed daily.
- Water is essential for kidneys and other bodily functions.
- When dehydrated, the skin can become more vulnerable to skin disorders and wrinkling.
- It lubricates the joints.
- It delivers oxygen throughout the body
- Dehydration can affect brain structure and function. It is also involved in the production of hormones and neurotransmitters. Prolonged dehydration can lead to problems with thinking and reasoning.
- It flushes body waste
- A lack of water can cause blood to become thicker, increasing blood pressure.
- Some scientists have proposed that consuming more water might enhance performance during strenuous activity.
So when this thing called WATER has done many benefits, why not we should consume it more. Right?
If you want to check whether your body is dehydrated or completely hydrated, there is a quick small test for that.
All you have to do is check your urine color. Yellow, dark yellow, light yellow, or pale means YOU ARE DEHYDRATED.
And if it is transparent or slightly pale means YOU ARE HYDRATED
